An extraordinary meditation technique that has been passed down through the millennia is Loving Kindness or Metta Bhavana meditation. This Guided Meditation is a variation on that ancient practice. It follows the more traditional method of generating and cultivating loving kindness and other wonderful sensibilities within ourselves and then extending them out to others.
