Ross is the founder of Couture Club -  One of the UK’s largest fashion brands, founded in 2015. A fashion lifestyle brand that offers trending street styles with premium quality, at high street prices; Affordable, Approachable, and Aspirational.

Ross is also a TV personality, best known for his appearance on Ex on the beach season 1 and 6. 

In this episode we speak about Ross’s journey from starting in business and the ups and downs which have come with that. We discuss what mental health means to him and how he hopes to incorporate support and staff wellbeing into his company.
