This week on Happy 2 Health Podcast, we are joined by Jake Lee.

Jake Lee is the Founder and CEO of Alpha Talent Group - a talent management agency that was founded back in 2019. Alpha Talent Group represents Global TV Personalities, Content Creators, Artists and Professional Athletes, including our very own - Danny Williams. ATG started off as a small boutique talent agency and has since rapidly risen to become one of the world's leading agencies within the entertainment industry by consistently delivering an outstanding personal service to each talent and delivering exciting, innovative and engaging campaigns for its clients.

Jake started out his career in recruitment and has kept an underlying theme of sales and relationship building within all of his roles, seeing him involved in businesses in the the media, property and entertainment sectors. Jake’s journey in the talent management industry started with his time at CAA Base Soccer, where he was involved in the management of professional footballers as well as young and emerging talent coming through the ranks. Shortly after leaving the company Jake set up Alpha Talent Group, where he is driven to ensure that all clients are offered a complete service and are represented worldwide to align with their personal brands and career direction.

In this episode, we talk about Jake’s upbringing, his career and how he envisioned his business moving forward. We discuss the ups and downs in building your business from the ground, the importance of reputation and the breaking of the stigma of talent agents and the industry as a whole that it’s all just about the money.
