Matt is an experienced Commercial Director with a demonstrated history of working in the health wellness and fitness industry. He's currently the Director of the app Amplify Pro, a holistic coaching, fitness and wellbeing app, providing informed training plans, designed by experts, enriched by meaningful insights.

Matt has made the news for being one of nine professional or semi-professional footballers to openly come out as gay. His most daunting prospect was telling his teammates at Norfolk non-league football team Thetford Town. He's now one of the highest-profile gay footballers in the country.

In this episode, we talk about sexual identity and how it affects the fundamental integrity of sports. We discuss the challenges that gays face in a traditional ‘masculine’ team sports and the ways we can better create a more diverse and inclusive sporting community.
