14 - Sean Alexander - Sober on a Drunk Planet

On this week show, I talk to Sean Alexander, bestselling-Author of Sober on a Drunk Planet.

This week is my 5 year anniversary of quitting drinking, so this was partly an episode to celebrate that (best thing I ever did!) and partly because the damaging effects alcohol (and other addictions) can have on relationships.

As a former addict turned coach, Sean shares some of his thoughts on alcohol and drugs, co-dependancy, enabling and other factors that can be so detrimental to relationships.
