Looking for Long-eared Owls

Did you know that Long-eared Owls roost communally in the winter?  There has been a communal roost site at one of our local refuges, Ankeny National Wildlife Refuge, with multiple owls seen almost daily.  So, for Erik's 32nd birthday, we go out searching for them!
