It’s time to rewrite wrestling history once again, reflectionites! The Power Boys are back with an intriguing “what if” scenario! There were two opportunities for Brutus the Barber and Beefcake to become the new Intercontinental Champion: once in 1988 and once in 1990. However, circumstances derailed those chances.
