A brand new character is introduced to South Park, and he only has one thing on his mind, getting high. The boys blackmail Stans mom into getting a new game system after finding a bloody tampon in the trash. Unfortunately for the boys, they're thrust into a real life video game situation as their Okama Gamesphere is taken and their only way to retrieve it is to hand over the towel.
