You’ll see how simple habits done out loud and in front of your kids shape their patterns far more than constant reminders ever could.

Ultimately, I want to challenge you to stop feeling like you have to control everything and start focusing on what you can model consistently. When your kids see your commitment, it becomes their security blanket. Your routines give them the structure and confidence they need to build their own.
