Thursdays in December: Guardians of the Universe Phase 2

Luke 1:26-38

In the sixth month of Elizabeth’s miraculous pregnancy of John the Baptist, the angel Gabriel was now sent by God to the virgin Mary, Elizbeth’s cousin. His message to her is shocking! This prophetic body of pronouncements has never been made to anyone else before or since this split in the history of mankind. What a divine, unique, miraculous, and prophetic encounter which will bring salvation to mankind and healing to the nations. You and I have a context with all of this because of the Gospel accounts of the coming of Jesus the Messiah. When Mary heard these things, it was earth shattering news. Praise be to God in Heaven that her response was acceptance and obedience! Mary's acceptance and response guards the way for the coming of Messiah.
