Side note: there are a jillion free exercise videos on YouTube that you can use right there in your living room to lead you through whatever starting level of cardio challenge you can handle as you get started. As my oldest son was headed toward marriage, he took the time to look his best for his important wedding day. He dod the P90X video workout in our living room on a daily basis. I did not put much stock in the concept at the time, that of a video workout done right in your living room. I was amazed at what a physical transformation took place for him! Home videos work if YOU will work them! On to great health!
