Thankful to be Alive!

Before we get into the core of the podcast, I want to let you know that you can access gwot.rocks from both Apple SIRI and Amazon Alexa voice activated devices. On Apple, if you say, “Siri, play the latest podcast episode from God, the World, and Other Things,” it will pull the our podcast and start playing it. On Alexa, I asked it to play the latest podcast episode from gwot.rocks, God, the World, and Other Things, and it came right up, showed the podcast logo and started playing.! It is so cool to be accessible on these major platforms and I give thanks to God that He is directing our path!  

Getting up that clear, dry, windy, chilly morning, December 5th, 2002, for an early morning run was joy, not drudgery. I left my house and made my way to Interlochen Estates in Arlington Texas. I really enjoyed running in Interlochen because it was hilly, nice homes that backed up to canals, and it connected to a nature trail that connected over to Dotty Lynn Parkway. A wonderful place to run! I made the fateful decision to turn right on Oakwood and run into the north wind, rather than go into Interlochen from the south...
