Thankful for the Big Little Things!

Before we get into the core of the podcast, I want to let you know that you can access gwot.rocks from both Apple SIRI and Amazon Alexa voice activated devices. On Apple, if you say, “Siri, play the latest podcast episode from God, the World, and Other Things,” it will pull the our podcast and start playing it. On Alexa, I asked it to play the latest podcast episode from gwot.rocks, God, the World, and Other Things, and it came right up, showed the podcast logo and started playing.! It is so cool to be accessible on these major platforms and I give thanks to God that He is directing our path!           

Speaking of being thankful, this podcast is originally posted Thanksgiving week, 2020. God is on His Throne, and He is and always will be the master of this entire universe. If you know Him personally through His son Jesus Christ, you have eternal life to give thanks for, regardless of what is happening in your life at this moment. That is not to minimize the pain and anguish you may feel now; it is to encourage each of us to gaze through the smog of this life with expectancy for the clear skies to come.

This Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, I plan to post a special Thanksgiving podcast episode titled, “Thankful to be Alive: Remembering December 5th, 2002.” Listen to the podcast to find out more.

  Sometimes God manifests his presence in our lives in the micro events of life. In the moment, it is a little thing, or is it. When God does something so specific to let you know, “Hey, I’m right here. I have this thing!” even in the micro events of life- is that really a little thing?
