Todays podcast takes a little twist. It was recorded "live remote" on my IPhone, while out on the exercise trail! The items covered are more helpful exercise tips toward better health, and encouragement to be out enjoying God's creation!

In addition to some talk about the importance of proper exercise gear, the podcast gives an important encouragement to take personal responsibility for your own personal safety while enjoying the outdoors, as we move forward in faith and not fear!
