Bit of a different one for this episode, we came across a old Guffcast we recorded in March 2024 featuring our good friend, Ben Shiels of Hamartia / Hellios after an excellent gig we did in Falmouth. 80% of this is totally new unused gold so enjoy!

Ben tells us his worst gigs, we chat about said excellent gig in Falmouth, we tell each other who inspired us to start playing music, we also chat about school talent shows and dream guffcast guests! This was a bit of a gem that we couldn't believe went unused, so we thought we'd make it an XL since we're not super active at the minute and you guys still have an XL to enjoy xox

The band consists of twin brothers Dan & Tom Thould and their closest friend, Chris Simpson who they met in school when they were 11 years old and have been playing together since.
