This week's news is AGAIN dominated by Cyberpunk... will it ever end! But we also talk about the great free games rumoured to be coming to the Epic game store, and the recent Nintendo Indie Showcase.
Cyberpunk is all we've been playing and Ben has some specific areas of contention around game design... it's not all about bugs and graphics!
Our feature focuses on the hype train around games, and are we partly to blame for some of the outcomes we see? What do the future hype trains have in store for BOTW2, Metroid Prime 4 and Elden Ring next year?
We finish by creating our own hype train for next week's Game of the Year episode.... There are going to be a few disagreements and we can feel it already...!
