Back by popular demand! Veronique wants to share her favorite episode this week! In honor of Guest Grumbler, Spencer’s birthday, here is his episode on Gift Giving!







Generosity sometimes seems like a dwindling trait. The fast-paced, cynical world we inhabit would scoff off true altruism as a cheap, Hollywood script device. Every red-blooded American knows that gift giving is an organized system between our Google Calendars and our Amazon Smile accounts. A recurring date prompts the appropriate level of gift within the appropriate expanding circle of kinship. Valentine’s Day has a very small radius of a gift circle, but Spencer Hadel is opening his Valentine’s gift bubble to Mat & Veronique and all of you, in opening our eyes to the calculated madness of Gift Giving.
