Who are we? What do we want and what is our purpose? Discovering humanity begins in childhood. Society has a plethora of fairy tales and legends that show humankind’s greatest ambitions. We teach our children all of our most idealistic aspirations. We can glean from these myths a vision of heroes that protect the innocent, fight for peace, put an end to suffering and war. Yet, we still have war. Who starts the wars? Across the country, people teach their children to be kind and share. But every four years we are asked to pick a leader; we choose among us the person we want to direct us toward what our inner hearts desire.
