Halloween Weekend

Humanity has shaped the world around us to suit our needs. We have conquered all our discomforts. Our predators are behind zoological bars, vaccines have tamed our vapours and plagues, and fast-casual dining has Baja Blasted our hunger. But there are older forces in this world that we conveniently ignore. The spirits that gaze longingly through the veil, just beyond our understanding, lie in wait, until the Harvest Moon rises once again to light their way into our world. While everything else can be arranged neatly into our Google Calendars and Slack Schedules, the battle of the Living verses the Dead can’t be penciled in for the weekend. Dress up on any random Saturday you want, but you better suit up with Mat and Veronique on October 31st, because there is no such thing as Halloween Weekend!
