Money used to be made of metal, but now exists only as a couple flashes of electricity along a circuit board. Society used to be people meeting in public forums, but now its a string of memes on the Meta algorithm. Games used to involve balls and sticks, but now flashing diodes dance for our entertainment. Everything is digitized, especially hopes and dreams. The algorithm uses our digital fingerprint to peer into our very souls and squeezes any inkling of individuality right into its corporate pockets. As we stare deeper into the magic mirror of our cells, who is looking back?
