004 - Laura McAnany

Laura McAnany was my Pyro Processing coach for cement kilns, when I was a wet behind the ears process engineer. From that initial meeting we work together on projects, and many years later worked for her. She has been a great mentor to me over the years due to her perspective on the industry and how she builds are teams. Laura was recently recognized as the 2019 STEP Ahead Honoree for Women in Manufacturing.
