Thinking about stepping outside of your comfort zone probably makes you anxious.
And your anxiety probably interrupts your sleep.
But my guest on this podcast episode will convince you why it’s totally worth it.
Billy Anderson is a coach and the founder of The Courage Crusade, a movement to help people build courage by understanding what lights them up.
In this conversation, we talk about:

Billy has been on a lifelong journey of uncovering the secrets to motivation, passion and purpose. He is a keynote speaker and coach, and the founder of The Courage Crusade. He is also the author of "Your Comfort Zone Is Killing You."
Billy continually finds way to build his own courage “muscle” through world travel and adrenaline sports such as bungee jumping, skydiving and swimming with sharks. He has jumped out of an airplane exactly 101 times, he ran with the bulls in Spain, and he has led over 30 wilderness leadership trips for Outward Bound Canada. Billy also led two humanitarian projects in Central America and the South Pacific.
And he's scared of the same things as everyone else: failure, looking stupid, and not being liked.
