One of the questions I am always asked is how do I stay so motivated and consistent
I pride myself on my consistency and dedication to my training, I know the continual growth and improvement of my performance comes from that commitment. I can probably count on one hand the number of training sessions I have missed in the last 2-3 years of training. But it has not happened by accident or luck and surprisingly it also hasn't happened by being motivated all the time.
No one is motivated 24/7 that is not possible but what I have learnt is the relationship between motivation, discipline, consistency and habits. I have learnt how to hack the system and now I want to share that with you!
