Our conversation is with a dear friend who recently lost his dad. We discuss our experiences with OTHER peoples expectations of how they thought we should grieve. Grief is unique to each individual. Grief does not look the same on everyone. Just because you are not crying or depressed does not mean you are not grieiving.
