Grey Matters
Grey Matters is the show for health and fitness professionals keen to delve into real discussions about the issues modern coaches and clinicians have to navigate and how we might go about reconciling and acting in the presence of the myriad of forces at play when it comes to humans and health. Rather than a black or white, myopic view of the world, we get deep into the nuances and vagaries of clinical life. Forget 50 shades, this is 10000 shades of grey.
We will discuss our position on topics, the sources we use, the action we take and hopefully provide a way into evolving your understanding of yourself and the people you help. We will also run head first into the limits of our knowledge and talk about how we try and make sense of what we do, how we do it, spinning wildly on this pale blue dot.
Ultimately we talk about shit that matters, how little we know, and how you need to make up your own damn mind.
