What's New in Garmin's Latest Watch Update?

Garmin released a major software update for its smartwatches, introducing a Rucking activity mode for tracking hikes with weighted backpacks, customizable pack weight fields for various activities, and a Breathing Variations feature for monitoring overnight breathing patterns. The update adds passcode protection and automatic locking when the watch is removed from the wrist. Eligible models include the Fenix 8, Forerunner series, Instinct 3, Venu 3, and others. Garmin also announced expanded access to premium Golf features and a new Garmin Trail feature.
