The AI supports tasks such as creating marketing copy, summarizing customer feedback, and sorting inquiries or business data. The function is limited to text-based responses, cannot access entire spreadsheets or Google Drive files, and processes up to 200 selected cells at a time. The feature is available to Google Workspace business and enterprise users, Gemini AI Pro and Ultra subscribers, and those with the Gemini Education plan or add-on.
