The Deer, The Turkey, and The Bear.

In this episode, Hunter is joined by Justin Folks (VA DWR Deer Project Leader), Mike Dye (VA DWR Turkey project leader), and Carl Tugend (VA DWR Bear project leader). The harvest numbers for the 2023 hunting season are in and all are discussed. But this episode is not just about statistics. They discuss many factors that contribute to the annual harvests, prior and current studies that are being done, fun and interesting facts about each animal, and of course conservation.
