It turns out the government is taking no position on the matter with Jenny Cudd.  She is charged with disorderly conduct and violent entry in her actions in the storming of the Capitol building.  
Therefore, the government taking no position in the matter the U.S. Magistrate went ahead and granted #JennyCudd the permission to leave for a "bonding" trip to Mexico.

It's the System.   A long-standing system of #Racismand and #White Privilege that are beyond discussion.  It is time for reform and the time is Now.
