Correction: The house was built in 1920 it is 100 year old Builtday when I moved in.  Forty seven years before I was born.  GROW was the Builtday Present.  

Here is the hideous dead tree I used to walk to and stare it.  It once bore Strange Fruit.

42 is a Godly number, the Universe and Life.  
It also was a sign of Confirmation for me for the GROW Program.

Terrill Thomas died from dehydration in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The counties, States and Municipalities admit No fault during these settlements, therefore in many instances, no 
reforms are being done.
With no mention of reform no admission of wrongdoing then where will there be change?

 How can the police departments, jails and justice system make it better if they if they won't even admit that there is a problem?
