GROW Greatness Reached over Oppression through Wisdom

I loved my country as a child, now I don't know quite how I feel about it because the United States aka The New World needs to reckon with the atrocities of its past.   Even though we were poor and had nothing, unbeknownst to me in the 60's, 70's and 80's I lived under the cloud of Racism and like all evil I was shielded from it.  I didn't know that, no matter what THEY say, the red stripes of the American Flag represent the blood our Ancestors shed for this country.  I didn't know that I really didn't belong here, technically I do because I was born here, but my soul cries for another land.

Material things don’t mean anything, one day we shall Leave with nothing
