Ep. 24 - Coach K - Mutual Adaptation

Last week our quote was from John Wooden, a man considered by many people to be the greatest college basketball coach ever. This week we hear from the guy who is probably the closest to Wooden in that regard, Mike Krzyzewski, or as he is often referred to, Coach K. Like Wooden, Coach K has a ton of great quotes. He has also written numerous books on leadership and team-building, and I highly recommend you check them out. My favorite is Leading with the Heart. There is so much great information in there and so much that is quotable. I'm not sure if today's quote came from that book or somewhere else, but I do know that the quote is one of those that is so good and has multiple layers to it. "A leader needs to be a part of a mutual adaptation that forms a combination of the best of everyone." Lots to unpack there, so check out this week's episode to hear how I do that.
