Hey there, welcome to today's Gratitude Practice. I know this morning might feel heavy - maybe you're carrying some stress from recent global uncertainties or personal challenges. Whatever weight you're experiencing right now, I want you to know that you've made a beautiful choice by showing up for yourself.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position. Whether you're sitting, standing, or lying down, just allow your body to settle. Close your eyes if that feels right, and take a deep breath in... and slowly exhale. Feel the subtle movement of air entering and leaving your body, like gentle waves washing against a shoreline.

Today, we're exploring gratitude as a living, breathing practice - not just a mental exercise, but a genuine way of perceiving the world. I want you to imagine gratitude as a warm, golden light spreading through your body. With each breath, this light grows stronger, illuminating the small, often overlooked moments of wonder around you.

Let's do a quick body scan. Start at the top of your head and slowly move your awareness downward. Notice any tension, any places holding stress. With each exhale, imagine that golden gratitude light softening those tight spaces. Recognize that your body is carrying you through life, working continuously without constant acknowledgment.

Now, bring to mind three specific things you're genuinely grateful for today. They don't need to be grand - perhaps it's the warmth of your morning coffee, a kind text from a friend, or the simple fact that you're breathing. Let these images fill your awareness. Feel the subtle shift in your energy as you acknowledge these gifts.

Breathe into these moments of appreciation. Notice how gratitude isn't about forced positivity, but about truly seeing the richness already present in your life. It's about recognizing that even on challenging days, beauty and kindness exist.

As we complete our practice, I invite you to carry this sense of gratitude with you. Maybe pause briefly throughout your day and take three conscious breaths, reconnecting with this feeling. Your awareness is a powerful tool for transformation.

Thank you for showing up and practicing with me today. If this resonated with you, please subscribe and share this practice with someone who might need it. Until next time, be gentle with yourself.
