In Colossians 2:4, Paul warns believers of fine-sounding arguments. Satan is a master deceiver and will tempt us with a "Jesus Plus Gospel," and lead us away from the sufficiency of Christ. Paul points us to Christ in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
