We (Norm and Jodi) your hosts head down to Arizona for a training run at Aravaipa Running's Elephant Mount Trail Race, taking on the 50K distance. 

We wanted to escape the Canadian winter weather for a few days and get in some desert training in preparation for Jodi's first stage race coming up in Moab, Utah - Run the Rocks.
