#018 - Don Nguyen

Don Nguyen is the owner of "Khoi Barbecue." He is a chef, pit-master and food industry entrepreneur from Houston, Texas. His popular Vietnamese barbecue pop-ups will take the form of a new restaurant in Houston set to open in 2024. Don has cooked on the Food Network for famous chefs such as Bobby Flay & Brooke Williamson, and he recently launched his first of a line of curry sauces.
