Welcome back mates to part two of our chat with Jake and Ellie from Platform + Co Strength and condition studio. If you live in Narrabri or Wee Waa you are probably already familiar with this dynamic duo. They run health and fitness classes, training, development, and coaching across our region.
Our hosts Caitlyn and Mackenzie have undertaken classes with Jake and Ellie at Wee Waa High School. They found their knowledge and enthusiasm for health and wellbeing so inspiring they asked them to be part of our podcast.
