In our second episode, podcasters Mackenzie Jones and Caitlyn Coutts-Smith chat with NRL legend and all-round good guy Braydon Trindall. Braydon who plays halfback for the Cronulla Sharks was born and bred in Caitlyn and Mackenzie's hometown of Wee Waa. Braydon literally stepped off the training field to chat with us about what it’s like growing up in a small country town, the worrying statistics around the mental health of Indigenous people and of course his amazing footy career to date. Braydon gives some great advice on the importance of working hard at school, making sure you surround yourself with good influences and checking in on your mates and family.
