Story timeee!! Several tangents were involved haha extra ADHD this episode, but the moral of the story is… sometimes it can be difficult to realize that you’re being abused in a relationship. Narcissists are expert manipulators. This episode, I share one of the first times things felt scary and explosive—the control, the anger, the intimidation, and the blame and normalizing of the behavior.
