Episode 19 - Andy Raynor

Andy Raynor AKA ‘Forest of Dean Runner’ is a content creator and runner who has recently run a BIG marathon PB at the Newport marathon 2023. He ran a time of 2.40.44 and finished 14th, a monumental achievement. It’s not however always been plain sailing for Andy, standing at 6ft 6 he isn’t your ‘conventional’ running build but is proof that if you work hard enough you can achieve whatever you set your mind too! In this conversation Ben and Andy talk about Andy’s transition from football to running, his race in Newport and what his kids think of his YouTube Channel.
