• Stand on the Playing Line (center fairway to center green).

Putt uphill, observing the ball’s break:

• Right break means the fall line is left of the Playing Line.
• Left break means it’s right.
• Continue until finding a straight line (putt up the fall line). Note the angle relative to the Playing Line.
• Take three steps downhill and estimate elevation difference to the hole (1 inch equals about 1% slope).
• Record slope and repeat for four pin positions per green.
• Later, input this data into the Puttalyze App.
