The offseason winter break continues, but Going Off Track is back from our holiday break with a brand new episode!
In this episode of our F101 series, Kathryn and Emily discuss the 2005 United States Grand Prix, which was one of the most ridiculous races in Formula One history. The race was marred by tire failures and safety concerns, leading to the withdrawal of 14 cars from the race, causing outrage among fans and teams. We also discuss the legal implications and the impact of the race on Formula One in the United States since 2005.
If you’re bored and missing F1, this is definitely a race to check out while we wait for the 2024 liveries to drop.
