When we grow up in a church we are familiar with the way that our particular church is structured to operate. And as we grow we begin to learn that other churches are sometimes structured somewhat differently. But at some point we should question even church structure itself and to this end, base our understanding and our operation of churches on the example set forth in scripture.

But what is the scriptural blueprint for how a church should be structured? Is our current model of church structure even close? In this teaching we will be delving into the church model of operation both in our current world and understanding and the the scriptural model of how a church should be structured.
