Fish and DPhiE discuss the Halloween Cup and Electric Cup GBL metas before recapping the Halloween events as well as the Mexico City - City Safari and Day of the Dead events in-game. They recap the Lille Regional Tournament and hype up the Toronto Regional tournament this weekend before diving into the mailbag to answer a few questions.
