James Pennie

This week's pod is a little different. Flynn is off enjoying being a new Dad to baby Calen so Roc is joined by a buddy of his, James Pennie. 

James has been through substance abuse and addiction issues growing up. he turned his life around a couple of years ago via rehab, addiction treatment & therapy. He's a great skin, a good mate and a sound bloke.
