Credit downgrades, budget shortfalls, & federal relief — with Liz Farmer

Liz Farmer is a fiscal policy expert and journalist whose writing centers on the ways state and local governments spend taxpayer money. Her areas of expertise include budgets, fiscal distress, tax policy, and pensions.
