First, my sincere apologies for the sound quality this week. It was an in-person interview and I haven't been able to arrange a pair of clip-on microphones yet. Hopefully in six months or so, when my budget improves I'll be able to purchase the ones I want but they aren't cheap! I swear it didn't sound that bad in editing but I just listened to it on Spotify and was not happy. I remember Dave from 'The Shallow End' imploring content creators to invest in a microphone. I am using an OK one for the online interviews but after this I feel it's crucial to invest in some clip-on microphones for in-person interviews in the future. Thanks Dave! Just know I'm working on it.

In the meantime, I just recorded another in-person interview and to make sure sound quality was as good as I could get, we recorded it in my car! Quite unique. The sound is much better for that one! No echo that sounds like we're talking in the bathroom!

In any case, in this episode Will interviews co-founder of PCG card grading company Robert Miller and they discuss how the company began, their recent expansion into grading sports cards and their company beliefs. Robert then walks through the process of grading cards from the grading room until the encapsulation of the card and sending it out. This is a unique episode and definitely worth a listen (or watch it on our YouTube channel)
