Lauryn Pregoni found herself swimming against the tide in Corporate America.  She was successful, but had this nagging feeling that she just didn't fit the mold - that she wasn't meant to be in Corporate America. 

So she busted out!

Lauryn is the owner and founder of her Consulting Firm, People First HR Consulting.  She works primarily with small to mid-sized businesses - think early to mid stage start ups, helping to develop their HR Function and being that strategic HR Partner and fractional HR Leader.  But she didn't get there overnight - Lauryn and I talk about breaking the mold, and not being afraid to be different!
