Joe Biden, in a totally professional fashion, dropped out his bid for re-election on Sunday, July 31st, by sending a TWEET! Atta Boy Joe! Keepin' it classy. This comes on the heels of the media, DNC and world hounding him over his mental capabilities which, they all, miraculously discovered, the night of his debate with Donald Trump. SHOCKER!
