In this episode of Girl, You So Random, I had the pleasure of talking with Chef Kim Lawrence. She’s a Baltimore-native and Philadelphia-grown, rising food entrepreneur. Chef Kim Lawrence holds 19 years in the hospitality industry. She found her love for cooking and entertaining while in college. After years of perfecting her love for food, Chef Kim took the big leap in the height of COVID in 2020 and established Kim Kooks, a mobile catering and personal chef experience brand. Her multifaceted hospitality brick and mortar at Kim Kooks includes a weekday cafe, catering kitchen and intimate event space that prides itself on curating memorable dining experiences around "Kultural Komfort Food" from all cultures.
